Eligibility for application
- Students who have passed secondary/equivalent from 2018 to 2019 and higher secondary (humanities, science, business education, agricultural science) from 2021 will be able to apply.
- Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination in any branch have a minimum GPA of 6.50 in the Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent examinations (including 4th subject) and can apply for admission. However, if you have a GPA of less than 3.00 in any exam, you will not be able to apply.
Admission test
Admission test will be held in 2 parts – General Knowledge 40 + Drawing (Figure Drawing) 80 = 100 marks.
First part – general knowledge test :.
The MCQ method test will have questions related to various departments of fine arts including Bengali and English at secondary and higher secondary level or subject based questions, art, literature, culture, history, tradition, contemporary events etc.
‘General Knowledge’ – 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer in the test.

‘General Knowledge’ and ‘Drawing’ (Figure Drawing) will be considered as 40% pass marks out of the total marks obtained in the two examinations.
